I asked her to stand at the rear of her car so I could get organized but she had trouble following basic instructions."

"I relocated her to the sidewalk area for the tasks, an area that was adjacent to the parking lot and level. When she walked she was very unstable, she used the wall of the building next to the sidewalk to help her maintain her balance."
In the wee hours of one fateful Saturday morning, Terri Ann Noe was driving home after a night of excessive drinking and debauchery when she decided that it would be a good idea to drive home... Completely Sloppy Drunk INTOXICATED! She was then involved in an automobile accident at N. Military Trail and Okeechobee Blvd in Palm Beach County, FL. After refusing breathalyzer testing, the officer conducted a series of field sobriety tests.
